Full-Service Coordination - $1,250

This ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏month of‏‏‏‏‏‏ service is for the couple who would like a professional to pull together all of the rehearsal, wedding & reception details to ensure a smooth & timely event so that they can relax and enjoy their day. This option includes no planning time.

• Pre-wedding site meeting to finalize timeline, logistics & floor plan (4 weeks prior to event)

• Contact all vendors to confirm arrangements

• Preparation of a detailed wedding week itinerary for vendors

• On-site coordination for Rehearsal, Wedding & Reception

• Arrive 2-3 hours prior to the event to assist with vendor delivery & decor setup

• Coordinating the bridal party, musicians, etc. through the processional, wedding service & recessional

• Coordinating all vendors regarding timing of reception activities

• Bring the Fairy Godmother Bridal Cart stocked with essentials for virtually any bridal need  

• Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, decor, etc. after the event

Set-Your-Level Planning & Coordination - Our planning services start at $1,750 & always include full-service coordination. 

This partial planning service is customized to fit your needs and budget. We'll assist you with as much or as little of the planning process as you would like. This hourly selection allows us to pre-set your level to avoid budget surprises. May include but is not limited to:

• Full-Service Coordination

• Preparation and maintenance of budget

• Assist with theme, color and design concept



• Research, pre-qualification and referral of prospective vendors

• Vendor meeting preparation

• Review vendor contracts

• Provide monthly checklists

• Act as advisor and problem-solver

• Answer etiquette questions

Full-Service Planning & Coordination - $3,500

This flat fee service is for the couple who needs a 'Project Manager‏' to assist with all aspects of their wedding planning. We’re with you from 'yes' until the last guest is gone. And, of course, this service includes our Full-Service Coordination to assure that your day runs smoothly and as you want.

Consulting Services - Hourly consulting services for the couple who needs some professional assistance - $60/hour

• Theme, color palette & decor idea assistance

• Vendor pre-qualification & referrals

• Budget preparation 

• Track response cards, prepare place cards, seating assignments

• Engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding brunch or honeymoon planning

• Rental pickup & return

• Customized monthly checklists

• Welcome bags for out-of-town guests

• Assistance with Vows, Toasts, Reading & Music selections

• Assistance with Favor & Gift selection

• Accommodation or Transportation arrangements

• Program design & production
